DNS Watcher is a program designed to monitor and query DNS servers. DNS Watcher is mainly intended for use by webmasters and website operators to keep watch on their DNS entries and make sure the name servers are responding correctly. DNS Watcher allows you to enter a list of server names and host names, and DNS Watcher will query those servers periodically to make sure the servers are providing the correct results. DNS Watcher also includes an interactive query tool, similar to the unix/linux "nslookup" and "dig" commands, but with a windows GUI interface.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
